Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Ballybar Ireland order — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


📦 Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to return or exchange an item.


✅ Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags still attached and in original packaging

We do not accept returns on:

  • Last Chance or Final Sale items

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

  • Items returned in used or worn condition


Moove Shirts & Boots

Moove Shirts and Merry People Boots are excluded from refunds, but they can be exchanged for:

  • A different size, or

  • If the item is faulty

Please contact us before sending these items back to confirm availability.


🔁 How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@ballybarireland.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange

  2. We'll send you the return address and next steps

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or send your exchange

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.


🛠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

We’re sorry if something’s gone wrong. If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ballybarireland.com and we’ll sort it as quickly as we can.


🔄 Need a Different Size or Colour?

To avoid missing out (especially during sales), we recommend:

  • Ordering the size or colour you want right away

  • Then sending the original item back for a refund
